Reverse culture shock doesn't arrive at the airport. It turns up quietly on a Thursday evening, six months in, when you scroll your contacts and realise there is no one to call.
- Your school group has two hundred people in it and not one plan.
- The friends who stayed have a decade of inside jokes you weren't there for.
- You still say back home and mean the other place.
- Your closest people are in three time zones, and all of them are asleep.
- Everyone keeps asking how the move went. You keep saying it's going great.
None of this means you made the wrong call. It means you moved countries and left a whole social world behind — and that a life takes building, twice.

Mostly, we get
people in a room.
We're early, and we'd rather not over-design this. There's no fixed programme, no tiers, nothing to download — just small gatherings of people who've made the same move, put together with some care.

Beyond that, we'd rather shape it around whoever turns up than publish a calendar we haven't earned yet.
